The Limits of Integration Within a Process of Interpretation
International Court of Justice flirted with that idea in the context of relation between humanitarian law and human rights law, but what they've ended up with is something much closer to an integrated approach. We can't make a choice once and for all because we are concerned with treaty obligations both of which are equally applicable to the relations between the states in dispute. I'm going to pass over constitutionalism in the interests of time because I want to get to what my own key propositions are so you can tell me where I'm wrong.
