How to Be a Distributed Mental Contributor

A new contributor always asked me, how is it that I can have a voice in what the solution should be? And the answer is because if they investigate it, they know more about that ticket than anyone else in the whole world. And so then, you know, they may not be the most experienced contributor, but the other contributors will listen to them because they know more. So we definitely have people who could fill that role. But perhaps some of them don't want to, or maybe some of them aren't aware that this is a thing that needs to be done.
