Iana howard is a robotic researcher who's now dean of engineering at the ohio state university. She has done some really fascinating research on this authority relationship between humans and robots, and how it tends to prompt us to trust them more than we should in many situations. It's interesting to think about how that changes in the context of an ap versus a robot. Yes, i won't look that up like this is totally what we found as well, that people can't be just too trusting of the system. And i feel that in all our experiences, we have a responsibility to convey that level of uncertainty.
