A 69 year old man in the Netherlands has declared that he's 49 years old and who are we to tell him otherwise? He is identifying as a 49 year old. What's his goal here? I have no earthly idea. The same gentleman some years back was told by the Dutch authorities that he was not permitted to name his twin boys roles and Royce. Just because you feel like you're 20 years younger doesn't mean you can be.
