The social contracts with work have changed. We used to not want our employers in our business. Now if they're not taking care of us, or there's a sense of support and mental health in some of these other personal needs, then we will leave. But i do think what we don't recognize is that there are some things for us as human beings that are good for us. You know, spending time together having ways to collaborate, getting connected,. being able to recognize that it's, it is a contract. It's ahamok of challenges that you solve together, a i mean, its nat and it's about mutual respect.
