Networking

You can do intentional intentional networking meaning that obviously you're looking for people who are working in those places and trying to network with them. The higher up you get the more exclusive people are or like selective people are so I think in the beginning it's actually better just to generally recommend networking overall. You never know unless you network so just be authentic find people that you align with and work with those people and see what happens.
