I definitely would say especially in the be the very beginning of when I started training was I didn't have the greatest experience with building sales. Being an independent trainer is such a focus on closing a client to get them just because you know you want to help them like you still have to sell them through some sort of process and I wasn't really strong with that especially in the beginning. A lot of people kind of stray away from the sales side of things but when it all comes down to it we need to remember if we need to put ourselves first, our clients want to see us do well. It's crazy how much how big of a fan a client is to their trainer or coachlike
