Coaching Coaches Aren't Protecting the Profit of the Business

Coaches have to start shifting into CEO mentality of protecting the profit of the business as a job, like it's an entire job alongside you coaching. So one of the biggest ways that I see not protecting the profit show up is if you have gone three or six months or even a year and you haven't made any money. That's different than like I've never made money and it's just taking me a certain amount of time to learn how to make money. What I'm talking about is you actually know how to making money. And again, I'm going to keep talking about why that's so important throughout this episode.
