How common is the coincidence of autogin phelia with personality disorders like narcisistic personality disorder? Nobody, as to my knowledge, and i think i would know, nobody has tried to answer that question. Not all outoginopiles respond in a completely insane way, with not all of them experience narcissisic injury when discussing otaginophelia. Some manage it pretty sanely, and others are completely unhinged. And there is also, there's another aspect of narcissism that sometimes occurs, and that is a couple of cases of well known trancewomen.
