In 1992, the Supreme Court has ruled on a decision that retail companies do not have to collect sales tax in states where they don't have physical presence. So Jeff finds out reads about this and he's like, "Oh my God, it's like crypto taxes." People will pay taxes if it's easy. They won't if it's hard.
