I think if you focus only on security and comfort, you maybe miss one of the most important things in life, which is passion. It takes people about three or four months to sort of change from being working in a hierarchical organization where they tell what to do. And so with our organization, and for instance, in Bloodhound, we have 60 people working. We've got to develop a risk culture where people are quite happy to take risks and are encouraged to take risks. You wake up every morning and say, how the hell are we going to get through today, my husband? Yeah, but that's still a great feeling, right?
