The Connection Space in Linux
The kernel creates a data structure that is associated with this socket. The CinQ holds the sentence that are arrived to this particular socket, and they are held often temporarily until we can use them. This is essentially called the CinQ, and the accept queue. It's customary to establish a connection between a client and a server. And it's often a TCP connection. But before you actually build that connection, what is really happening here?
