Young people are more interested in real estate investing than ever before, especially millennials and Gen Z. The biggest watch out that I would say in that space is HGTV shows,. You have to spreadsheets, do your math of how much you're going to make if you're making $25 a night? That's not covering anything. It has to be a very clear place for people to stay where they can get estimates on what it will cost them to buy or fix the house.
