The Importance of Emotional Avoidance in Marriage
I think for me, my marriage really was the thing that made a show for me. And as we started getting into those deeper conflicts and that happened as an early marriage I started realizing that this person emotionally is on a whole different level for me. Emotional avoidance is not acceptable at this point because that's not going to fly in my marriage. My wife is not going to stand for that. At least not forever.
