The Role of Tech Leads in Product Development
A tech team is supposed to lead from a perspective of the products. And especially things get even more muddled up when you talk about engineering managers because they essentially do like both of the stuff kind at some point of time, but they are not experts in both sides. So I think right now in clear, we just have tech leads and these tech leads are on a ball team basis. The this is not this is a cross fortunate team I'm talking about, which is like a part of the product, a domain of sorts.
