Start the day off on a really strong foot. Start with going inward. And you know, also that evening practice with the journaling time,. maybe a hot bath or a hot shower, elixir, really anchor and end the day. Just save yourself, ha, have nothing to turn on the t v until, yo, i what ever time you id. It's going to start to feel, i think, a lot healthier because you're spending more energy going inward instead of constantly dissipating the energy out.
