What's the Bureaucratic Model?

Driscoll: I'm a big time scribbler. So we had them sessions and I have an iPad and I'm horrible at art, but I like to scribble when I talk. We'd bring up things like we need a motive. We need this character. This character needs to do that. And so then we needed the merve. We needed to come up with what are these kind of bureaucratic things, which wasn't hard. But if you want to take that same operating model and apply it to creativity, it's like trying to play tennis with a golf club. That tooling and rigging is in suited to the reality that you're trying to operate.
