AWS is more of an interface description language then. It's not like a full-on language. On this level you just have like unions. You also have enums now. This didn't used to be a thing in version one of the language. I've been fascinated by the IDL like what's happening around language development at IDL's. Like how do people think about how much should go into the IDL? Should it have generics?should it have macros?
