How to Get Text From Input

There are several shortcuts you can use to get something from input. There's get text from input there's gets numbers from input but essentially what this does is so if I have a sentence that says by 42 carrots and don't ask me why I'm buying 42 carrots because I don't have a good reason it will then just get those numbers for me.
