Josh: Do you have a rough sense of proportions? Like how many are TTP? How many are primary TMA and how many are secondary TMA? He says complement mediated TMA is a smaller, I think it's a smaller percentage compared to secondary. Josh: Typical HUS is 60 cases per million patient years in children less than five,. 10 to 20 per million patientyears in the overall population, including adults. So that's your typical HUS. TTP is 0.1 cases per million in children and three cases per million for adults.
