The Power of Transcendental Meditation
Meditation is not for lethargy and just feeling good. It's a moment of going back to the self, taking this as a springboard for coming out and taking care of all the responsibilities in the best possible way. During these moments of transcending, of transcendental meditation, we forget the entire universe. We have to we let go of everything and anything. And that is really this few minutes of meditation where it is not the time to solve problems on the surface,. Not the time to attend to anything on the surface. So you have to accept for the most effective techniques to be innocent, simple, no expectation, no anticipation.
