Trying not to get too emotional about things is probably quite key and I've learned that because it's it is like a deeply personal in the way. Putting something out there and actually trying to detach yourself from it is very helpful thing but it's taking me some time to to do that. There's definitely there's there's stuff that I do take emotion out of because you've got a desensitizing some of it making it just like this is business, he says.
