What Drives Risk in Organisations?
The work that goes into managing the risk in an energy generator, a water provider is invisible to most of us until something goes wrong. So lots of questions ask why did this happen, why wasn't the organisation prepared for this. But there are other reasons if your organisation is not an essential services provider, you may have other drivers for why you want to maintain your service. I guess the pandemic has proven that there are some services that we can't do without.
