I also like to reading about their, you know, sort of push back against the idea that there wasn't an American spirit and their search for what it means to have like an American spirit. I think it's interesting because they were getting a lot of push back at that time. And again, it's just like we were having that exact same discussion today with things like the 1619 project and all that. We're having the exact same discussion and it's a text books. People are very much discouraged from saying that there was anything good about the American founding or that there's anything unique about anAmerican spirit.
