The board is only hearing about stuff that justifies firing your highest rated guy. These guys if they were going to settle could have settled a lot earlier and saved everybody a lot of embarrassment and cost right. The settlement doesn't include what have got to be tens of millions at least tens of millions of dollars and legal fees that have already been racked upright. Not to mention all of the time and morale problems that got generated by this lawsuit with more lawsuits on the way which again moresuits on the way predictability is desirable.
