The Pulling Power of Number 10
The Prime Minister has a sense of kind of authority that is drawn through that building, if you like. I think for good and ill as we saw in some of the part of it stuff,. It engenders an incredibly strong sense of teamwork between civil servants and political advisors working in number 10 for the Prime Minister. For me that's the key thing that we do badly is that the lack of institutional memory from number 10 to number 10.
