How Many Actions Are Being Taken in a Month?
Actions will directly your revenues. The more actions you take, the higher your revenue would be. Lifetime value is the value of a customer over their lifetime using your product. How many users are having problems with using your product? Is it because of a lack of resources, a lack of document ation, lack of clear documentation? All those things will increase the number of support tickets that you will receive - which increases the cost to maintain that product.
