The Case of Salvatore Vinci

Francesco Vinci was arrested for the murder of Stefan O'Mellay's wife in 1983. Judge Ratella decided that authorities should have arrested Salvatore Vinci instead. It seems they had initially overlooked Salvatore because he didn't share the same rap sheet as his brother. In fact, Salvatore didn't have a criminal record at all.
