Taking the Time to Understand Your Stakeholders
When working for company, you're not doing something for the sake of just yourself. And that also involves other people like your man or your manager's manager. One tactic i have found particularly helpful is taking the time to better understand the dato day lives of some of my other stakeholders. It's just a very specific example, i think i'f much better working with people in sales because i've spent more time understanding what it's like to actually work ith sales.
