Identity as a Service - Identity Management Services

In the microservice world, identity management has split off entirely to become identity as a service. Having somebody else manage your hosted cryptography and your factors of authentication is going to be a big advantage for you. So we'll dive into more detailed topics but as we are wrapping up this introduction, I'd like this to ask my last question which is what is identity as aService? What does that mean as opposed to any identity management system? Right.
