The Importance of Self-Direction

Eric: I've recently been training and I now pass the certification to do volunteer tax prep for this season, right? Help people below a certain income threshold who need help with their taxes. And that's exactly the commitment they're looking for. So like that's almost perfect for my mindset. I'm choosing it. Like I think you work in a similar way, you know, self direction. It's not about the money. It's about something else telling me how I need to spend my time.
