Should We Just Let People Build?
The vancouver plan councillor p fry tok an omnibus motion of 13 amendments and appended it to the v Vancouver plan. That included 16 foot frontages on all lots for as of right builds, for row houses and town houses right up to six stories. It included encouragement for policy adopting modular construction and purpose built timber. And so when we're talking about local politics and civic policy, should we just let people build? We absolutely should.
