Introspective Insights - What Is It and How Do I Do It?

I got the idea from this tool it at Google called snippets. It was just like a markdown field where you could write down what you did that week and then the following Tuesday it would get emailed to all of your teammates. When I switched managers my new manager wasn't even reading my snippets so I started writing them for myself when I quit Google. He says he finds intro inspections very satisfying because they force him to take a more objective view on his work.
