As a human being, you are best served putting mental objectives first. Your brain works so quickly and will constantly yo experence. So i feel that i can be effective as a sport psychologist by helping an athlete have a Mental Plan going into their game. That helps cope with the speed of the brain, how it's constantly shifting. And in doing so, really what you're doing is you're making a plan about what you're going to pay attention to - which is constructing your environment for yourself.
