How to Prioritize Sleep
In the last seven days, I've averaged six hours and 47 minutes of sleep. One of my goals in the future is to have that 70 average from my garment be over seven hours. Steph and I start making our way to bed around 9.30 PM. We try to be asleep by 10pm but we're getting better. The longer we are awake, the more that a dentists creates larger concentrations in our body. That helps us fall asleep or get tired at night.
