The Future of Diversity in the Industry

I hope this does start a flywheel of investing in diversity because it brings attention to it. It shows that there's an opportunity to create a different mouse trap. Why can't we pool our capital or know how? Why is there not more collaboration happening? I wish I had a dollar for every time I hear from my team. That's one of my like sacred cows now, I'm like enough with telling me it's just the way we've always done it.
