The Importance of Finishing a Limited Edition Whiskey
Knop Creek 18 and the beam 17 year Hardens Creek, probably so much is because of all of the effort that went in just to make sure that we have really good whiskey. Even if you said this is the best seven and a half year old whiskey that we've ever put out, let me try it before you finish it in a rum cask. In my opinion, if you're a large company and you've got over a million barrels in inventory, I think you can find some barrels that you can put out a really good product with.
