How to Stick to Your Resolutions

Don't set yourself up for failure. Make sure that your goals are achievable and use the support around you. If someone's if you want to get the gym and you know, you're not going to go on your own go with someone else. Use an app where you can note down your calories and you can compare with each other how you're doing it. There is an element of that that works with the support groups people go through to lose weight because there's accountability in there. And therefore, those are my tips really is to do it in small increments, get support and try and introduce some accountability.
