The Disparity Between China and the Global South
There seems to be this discrepancy between the perceptions of china in the global south and the perceptions in the global north. Do you have any thoughts on that? Well, i think it's importantouow to distinguish first among countries. Leaders of countries can be very favorably inclined, while civil society becomes increasingly concerned with safe city projects. There can be differences within countries about what it means to engage deeply with China. You know, one of the things that i love to point out is that, you know, in southeast asia, the countries don't want the united states or china as the tofleor more countries favor japan, rigt or others.
