I think that's a fantastic value proposition. You're in your partners obviously entrepreneurial experience, hands on SME experience too and then having those local advisors around the world wherever they should be needed. I know from my experience like digging into certain companies doing due diligence if you can just pick the brain of someone that's working in that industry it's so much more productive. So yeah I learned this model there and I'm a big fan of it.
