Lawfare and the End of the Forever War
Lawfare has gone where the issues have gone. And i think will continue do that. We were heavily focused on habeas corpus and guantonimo litigation early on, because that was a very important issue. I think it's fair to say that we recover the counterterror misses when they become sa and important. It may be at an inflection point now with president byden talking about ending the so called forever war. The vast majority of these issues have been settled, and not on the front page, or even on page 14 of the newspaper. But we will when it becomes more salient.
