There are very few people like homie Baba, Vikram Sarava or Malenobus who are eminent and distinguished in their field internationally. Nehru comes to realize so much on these technocrats because they get things done that India might not otherwise have. These technocrats don't cost the government a single rupee because they're paid for by their institutions which are often private as well they have foreign grants as well.
