The Bide Administration's Decision Making on Ukraine

The extent to which we knew exactly what the russians were planning to do suggeste that we had some unbelievably good intelligence. The administration can be criticized in a number of different ways for not acting with the urgency of in public that they apparently had in private. But their argument, in this reporting gives it additional context, is that they needed to be slow and cautious to keep our european allies, native allies along.
