Threats of Violence Against Election Workers Worked
A recent New York Times study suggests that in the five years after Trump was elected, recorded threats against members of Congress increased more than 10 fold. Since June of last year, the FBI's new elections threat task force has received more than a thousand reports of threats against election workers. The bulk of them are in just these seven states, Arizona, Georgia, Colorado, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Nevada and Wisconsin. All of those states, all seven battleground states that Trump lost to Biden. Six of them states where Trump tried to create slates of fraudulent electors to throw out the legitimate votes cast in 2020.
