The Supreme Court's Decision to Overrule Roe and Casey Is a Defining Moment in American History
In overruling roe and casey, this court betrays its guiding principles. And then it ends with sorrow for this court, but more for the many millions of american women who have to day lost a fundamental constitutional protection. It doesn't say we respectfully dissent. It's as we dissent. The justices always, when they dissent, are almost always say with respect. So this is an extraordinary marker of how these three just s view the majority opinion. There are other aspects of the opinion also that i think or mportant.
