How to Create a Collaborative Environment
I suppose fundamentally it comes down to a deep and abiding interest in the problem. An interest which puts everything else aside. Yes. Is that learned or does that have to come from within? Can you learn to be interested? I was always spurred by my parents to have interest in everything around. My mother actually used frogs and dried fish in her paintings - they were called Solos Milli because she glued them on. She collected everything and I think you learn a lot about interest in everything from that. But I allow a lot because as long as there's no danger, I think that's the best thing to do for my children. It's been a delight to thank you very much indeed
