Are We Back to Square One?

Two years ago, a renewed wave of black live's matter protests swept the globe. Organizations which seemingly had never previously cared about race suddenly were pledging kind of root and branch change. Fund biing poured into organizations dedicated to supporting black and brown a individuals. But two years on, some are wondering if we're back to square one. Is that now when one can do an enormously controversial thing without getting in trouble with labor leadership or being accused of being a terrorist by daily mail? Or is there no real political support for social movements at all?
