Is the Lummis Chiller or the Responsible Financial Innovation Act in the US?

I'm seeing this general trend of sort of capture. I think what we'll see is a lot of these ideas will make their way into other bills, probably on a peace meal basis. The lummis chillerand responsible financial innovation act to me looked, uh, somewhat impotent. Does it have a chance of passing in this next legislative session? Absolutely not. But ultimately, these are good ideas, and so to the extent congress is able to internalze that, i think we might actually see some of these ideas express in legislation.
