Tracy: What happens when a leader has vision, ADD? Tracy: They're going this way with this direction and then they either read something or they learn something new. She says it kind of leaves their people whiplash almost where the vision is continually changing. Tracy: I've never in all of my years felt like that John Maxwell had vision ADD after asking him a couple of questions. But let me be really clear. He's always got a new idea. Tracey: Every entrepreneur leader wants to feel like they're chasing a new opportunity every day. It's their lifeblood. And so I have seen this in my leadership journey."
