Is There a Commission-Like Body for Appointment?

The law had many multiple flaws and it not go into the more details. It was suggested by the petitioners council that the law should be read down or to be modified. We do need a commission-like body for appointment but it should have majority of judges. The operations of such commissions should be completely transparent like in the UK, which has a mix of judges and members of civil society. Other countries also have similar bodies like South Africa, Israel, but these bodies are not dominated by government.
